Annual Report Information

GWFC report only club related/sponsored or approved by vote projects/programs

All reporting tasks/hours for each member must be volunteer, dollars must be donated.

Participation in regular club meetings including travel time should not be included in reporting.

If club paid for or reimbursed for items/projects, dollars cannot be counted, count only hours.

Donations to club - report based on what donation is for, i.e. education, ACTS, etc.

Club operational and administrative tasks are not counted in annual report - Sec, treasurer, etc

WWC app projects/programs criteria: must pertain to women/children that benefits local community
